Dear Auntie Sal,

I hope you can help me with a rather delicate issue, I don't know who else to go to for help.

Recently I've been having some problems with my DSMB. It never used to be a problem - in the old days I'd surface and find my big red saussage thrusting proudly into the air visible from afar.

Recently however things haven't been going so well . I do my best to inflate it, and it will shoot up vigourously, but a couple of minutes later I find it limp and flacid flopping around in the waves. Needless to say this is very embarrasing. I'm sure the other divers laugh at me behind my back. I've talked to my girlfriend about it and she says that it's alright and it could happen to anyone. But deep down I know that it's not ok and she is disappointed in me. I can't help feeling I'm less of a man because of this.

So please help me Auntie Sal - I know you'll give wise words of comfort and advice!
